Park Pavillion
Beside Hokes Bluff Sports Complex
There is no charge for use of the park pavilion at the City park. However, reservations are encouraged. Call City Hall at (256) 492-2414, ext. 5 to make reservations. Use of the Sloan Pavilion is on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. We ask that everyone pick up after themselves, bag their garbage and place it in the garbage carts at the park to help keep our park clean.
HB Ferry
Ferry Road, Hokes Bluff Al.
Equipped with boat ramp, a pavilion with picnic tables, and a playground. Also, where the yearly crawfish festival cook off.
Mill Pond
4502 Colvin Gap Road
A shallow creek with deeper pools. Equipped with pavilion and picnic tables.
Pool
5940 Keener Drive
Current season: May 27, 2025 - August 2, 2025 Prices: season pass: $60.00 per person regardless of age. At the gate: $5.00 per person regardless of age. Equipped with a full concession stand, diving board, slide, and lifeguard stands.
Sports Complex
3301 Alford Bend Road
2 soccer fields, 3 baseball fields, and 2 softball fields all equipped with concession stands and restrooms. Also includes 2 basketball courts.
Walking Trail
3310 Alford Bend Road, City Park
For our residents who are interested in walking for fitness, we offer two scenic walking trails. The first, is the the Marion E. Dobbs Walking Trail, located at the City park. It is approximately 1/2 mile long (.478 miles in length). The second trail is located behind the Rufus Floyd Library and is approximately 0.25 miles in length.
